Troy Henderson is a Division I guard at the University of Tennessee, returning home this summer to lead a basketball camp built on skill, discipline, and competitive development.
Athletes won't just run through drills — they'll be coached, corrected, challenged, and pushed to earn confidence through real reps.

Elite development runs in the family. Tyson Henderson plays guard at Christopher Newport University and brings college-level training experience to camp. As part of the VIP Elite Workout staff, Tyson will work directly with high school athletes in the small-group sessions after camp. Two brothers. One mission.

Morning
Skill Work + Fundamentals
Ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, finishing, and position-specific development.
Midday
Lunch + Recovery
Athletes reset, refuel, and prepare for afternoon competition. Bring a packed lunch Tue–Thu; pizza provided Friday.
Afternoon
Competition + Live Play
5v5, team concepts, situational play, and championship-format competition.
