Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your participation in the PrimeTime × Troy Henderson Basketball Camp operated by True Hero Sports Group, LLC. By completing registration you agree to these Terms in full.

Registration and Payment

  • All registrations must be completed online
  • Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received
  • Early bird pricing of $150 is available through May 29, 2026
  • Standard pricing of $185 applies after May 29
  • Processing fees are passed to the registrant
  • Walk-in registrations are subject to availability

Refund Policy

  • All registration fees are non-refundable once payment is processed
  • If the camp is cancelled by True Hero Sports Group, LLC, a full refund or credit will be issued
  • No refunds for voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend
  • Athletes removed for Code of Conduct violations will not receive a refund

Camp Schedule

  • Camp runs June 30 – July 3, 2026
  • Daily hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Athletes should arrive no earlier than 8:45 AM
  • After-care available 3:00–4:30 PM for an additional fee
  • Programming and schedule subject to change

Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • Athletes must be dropped off and picked up by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult
  • The camp is not responsible for athletes before 8:45 AM or after 3:00 PM
  • Unauthorized individuals will not be permitted to pick up athletes

What to Bring

  • Athletic shoes and workout clothing
  • Water bottle
  • Packed lunch Tuesday–Friday
  • Friday lunch is provided (pizza)
  • Any personal medications clearly labeled

Code of Conduct

All athletes, parents, and guardians must:

  • Treat all participants and staff with respect
  • Refrain from bullying or inappropriate language
  • Follow all staff instructions at all times
  • Comply with all Northumberland High School facility rules

The camp reserves the right to dismiss any athlete for Code of Conduct violations without refund.

Health and Safety

  • Athletes who are ill should not attend
  • The camp will provide basic first aid
  • Emergency services will be contacted for serious injuries
  • The camp is not responsible for personal items brought to camp

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Hero Sports Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northumberland County, Virginia.
