• Parent or guardian name, address, email, and phone
• Athlete name, date of birth, grade, school, and athletic information
• Emergency contact information
• Medical information including allergies and health insurance details
• Payment information processed through our third-party payment processor
• Photos and video taken during camp (subject to your consent)

• Processing camp registration and payment
• Communicating camp details and updates
• Providing emergency medical care when necessary
• Ensuring the safety of all participants
• Promoting the camp on social media (subject to photo/video release consent)
• Improving future camp experiences

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only with:

• Emergency medical personnel if needed
• Northumberland High School staff as required
• Our payment processor for transactions
• As required by law

Payment information is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. We do not store full payment card information.

We retain personal information for 3 years following the camp. Medical information is retained for 1 year. You may request deletion after this period by emailing trueherosports@gmail.com.

All information for minor participants is collected with parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information after the required retention period.
